Commentary
Another Tomoe pic, took me a long time to get around to completing it, I had it inked a year earlier and penciled it a year before that in 2003. What probably happened is that I liked the rough so much I was afraid that I would mess it up by continuing it. This happens a LOT. Why another Tomoe pic? Why not?
